Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants

Our Staff at Neurodiversity Care

All our healthcare assistants are accredited and highly experienced in their area of care. These consist of Registered Mental Health Nurses, and Registered General Nurses, Senior Care Support Workers, and Health Care Assistants. Our staffing record has expanded considerably through staff referrals. Due to our emphasis on providing service users with the very highest standard of care, with positive, measurable support outcomes, we do not adhere to the conventional “supply only” paradigm. Our mission is to provide exceptionally excellent services and go above and beyond for our clients.

We also excel in staff training and development. We train our workers in accordance with all the relevant regulatory bodies (Ofsted, CQC etc.). Because of this, we ensure our staff delivers service users’ person-centred care that precisely meets their needs, drawing from a variety of skilled, knowledgeable and experienced healthcare personnel. We highly value clients’ feedback which goes towards continually improving our service as part of our quality assurance.

Our work ethic is to deliver and maintain the best outstanding care. We recruit student nurses inclusively to take advantage of their updated skills and knowledge for enabling positive behaviour and managing disorders. We have enhanced DBS checks and mandatory training, including autism, epilepsy and medication administration, to ensure the service user’s needs are met.

That is why we stand out from the crowd!
